Wellness Programs and Workshops

Creating the online yoga for kids wellness program, “Jodi the Yogi”, Jodi has shared yoga with thousands of children all over the world. She has consulted for children’s yoga training programs and has worked with hundreds of kids, both typically developed and with special needs, throughout the New York city area.

In 2016, after years of struggling with vocal issues, Jodi underwent bilateral vocal cord surgery, 30 days of mandatory silence and months of intensive voice therapy.  Revisiting her years of movement-based vocal training and combining it with pranayama, yoga and meditation, Jodi began developing the “Yoga for your Voice” workshop. Stay tuned for more information about this new workshop that aims to help teachers, actors and public speakers protect, project and embody their voice.

No matter where the mind, the body is always present.
